Stocky is shutting down — what happens to my data?
Shopify is retiring Stocky on August 31, 2026. Restokio rescues your suppliers, purchase orders and cost history before then, so nothing is lost. The rescue is free, and you can export everything as CSV/JSON anytime.
Is the rescue really free?
Yes. Importing and exporting your Stocky data costs nothing. The paid plan is for the ongoing workflow — purchase orders, receiving, reorder planning and alerts.
How much does Restokio Pro cost?
Restokio Pro is $24/month with a 14-day free trial. Billing is handled by Shopify and appears on your Shopify invoice. Cancel anytime by uninstalling.
How do reorder suggestions work?
We compute sales velocity (units sold per day) from your order history, then: days of cover = stock ÷ velocity, reorder point = velocity × (lead time + safety stock), and a suggested quantity to cover lead time plus your review window. Every number is shown and explainable — no black box.
Restokio also measures each supplier's real lead time from how long your purchase orders actually take to arrive, and plans around it automatically.
Does receiving a purchase order update my Shopify stock?
Yes. When you receive items against a PO, the received quantities are written straight back into your Shopify inventory at the right location — no double entry.
Do you store my customers' personal data?
No. To plan inventory we read order quantities and dates only. We never store your customers' names, emails, phone numbers or addresses, and we never sell data. See our Privacy Policy.
Can I use Restokio outside the Shopify admin?
Yes. Pro includes a web dashboard at app.restokio.com. Open it from inside the app (Web dashboard → Open web dashboard) — it signs you in securely for 30 days, so a buyer can manage purchasing without Shopify admin access.
What happens if I uninstall?
Your data is automatically deleted. We also honor Shopify's privacy webhooks, so your store's records are purged after uninstall.
